Grosvenor Place Leasing Campaign

Grosvenor Place
Leasing Campaign

An iconic masterpiece designed by Harry Seidler, Grosvenor Place has evolved for today with a focus on enhancing the workplace experience. End of Work were engaged to deliver a bespoke targeted leasing campaign to entice and covert key customers, and a lead generation campaign to promote upcoming vacancy. With the objective to lease the available space and boost the Grosvenor Place profile in the market.

We leveraged the vibrant personality and character of the Grosvenor Place brand to create a property marketing campaign that puts ‘culture at work’ at the heart of the Grosvenor Place offer. Key to the marketing initiatives was the leasing website – targeted to a profiled audience and used to capture leads from the advertising. The advertising campaign was primarily focussed on digital and supported in print and signage. A holistic creative approach was adopted to nurture leads and enhance the customer experience at every touchpoint. We designed the display suite reminiscent of an art gallery, complete with installations and digital content to create a customer experience like no other. This was supported with signage, hoarding design, and sales collateral including EDM, brochure, handout, film and branded content.

Grosvenor Place is the business address with more. More connection. More community. More culture. Bristling with life and brimming with extras, there’s more flexibility and more attention to detail. For those looking for a little more from their day, there’s so much more at Grosvenor Place.
